Sorry for the delay on updating the highlights of our lives! During those wonderful storms that we got, it blew up our high speed router and we had to settle for dial up until we got the new router. A lot has happened in the last month. We sold our trailer and now are having a hard time finding another one to our liking. Or, we see one only to find out that it has been sold. Over the fourth, Brandon's sister was kind enough to let us borrow their toy hauler for the long weekend and that thing was amazing! I never would've considered a toy hauler to be that useful for a family that doesn't have "toys" to haul around until we used one. We had another fun time camping with the Lynema families and even enjoyed a night of fireworks compliments of a friend of my dads!

Bryce is 2!!!
I can't believe my little goober is two! He has been in his terrible two's for quite some time now, but now it is official! We had two birthday parties for him. The Jacobsen one was hard getting everyone together, in the summer, so we had a quick party at the campground. Bryce got many John Deere stuff so he is now really bleeding green!
We had the party, with my family, at the Gerald R. Ford Airport. They have a picnic area near the runways so you can view the jets take offs and landings and well, you guessed it more John Deere presents!
Another John Deere birthday cake! I think I gained 10 pounds from the two parties!

We are blessed!
About a month ago, we celebrated my mom's 60th birthday and her 10 year milestone of being cancer free! God has been so good and has allowed my mom to make miraculous milestones and witness the birth of her two grandchildren during those 10 years. Why not party huh?? It is just too bad that the rain decided to come just as everyone had arrived, which meant moving the party into our garage.
I forgot to get a picture of my mom with my granparents (her parents), but I did manage to a picture with my mom, dad, and aunt and uncle (her brother).
I think I can honestly say that there isn't a lot of mother-daughters that have the special bond of friendship that my mom and I have with Grace and Sue. We have been with each other through good times and bad, share MANY shopping dates, and just sneaking out for a bite to eat or for a cup of coffee.
